Terms of order

1. General

Online store products are sold by Timo Beyers Frangipani Bakery Oy under,

social security number 2628514-7. We sell products to individuals and companies of legal age. We deliver products ordered from the online store to Finland and abroad. The prices of the products include value added tax of 10% or 25.5%. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

These terms of use apply to the Timo Beyers ceramics online store and orders placed there. By ordering products, you accept these terms. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering. The terms may be updated from time to time, and the updated terms will become effective when they are posted on the site.

3. Online store selection

The artworks and ceramics in the online store are handmade and unique.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are stated in euros and include Finnish value added tax (art 10% or ceramics 25.5%). Any customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility according to the rules of the receiving country.

4.2 Payment methods

Wix.com handles payment services. We accept all the most common payment cards, and payments are made via secure connections. You can find more information about fees at www.wix.com

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery

Delivery is included in the price of the artwork.

5.2 Delivery to Finland

Delivery via Posti or DHL Express.
Post delivery time is 2–4 business days, DHL Express 1–2 business days.
Pickup possible Timo Beyers ceramics Intiankatu 25 00560 Helsinki. When the order is ready, you will receive a notification by e-mail. Pickup times are agreed separately.

5.3 Delivery to Europe

via DHL Express. The delivery time varies from 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

5.4 Delivery outside Europe

via DHL Express. Delivery time 2–8 business days, depending on the destination.

5.4 Special considerations

If the artwork is part of an exhibition, it will only be sent after the exhibition ends.

6. Order confirmation

All orders placed on the website constitute a binding contract between the customer and Timo Beyers. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail when the order has been accepted.

7. Returns and complaints

7.1 Returns

If you want to return a work you ordered from the online store, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the work. Notification of the return is made by e-mail, and the order number must be mentioned in the message. We will send you more detailed instructions on further steps in response. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return must meet the following conditions:

The work must be unused and in like-new condition

The returned work must correspond to the original delivery

The work must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition

Please note that there is no right of return for works physically purchased from the exhibition or from Matias Karsikka's studio.

7.2 Damages and complaints

If the artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 1-3 days of receipt and include photos of the damage and the packaging.

8. Data protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We process personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.

9. Intellectual property rights

All content on the website, such as images and texts, is protected by copyright. The content may not be used without TimoBeyers' permission.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Finnish law applies to these terms of use. All disputes are handled in Finnish courts. Timo Beyers follows the recommendations of the Consumer Complaints Board.
